Grade 1 Mandheling Roast: Dark Full City/Vienna We always keep plenty of Sumatra around, and it's always pretty fresh, because it holds up the fat bottom end of some of our very popular espressos. On its own we roast it darker than anything else on our list, but still perhaps not as dark as a lot of roasters take it. It's the typical huge-bodied, dank, earthy coffee that hardcore Sumatra drinkers demand, and of course you know who you are. :) |
